SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCCESSING:

Orders are processed Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information is sent via email on the day that the order is shipped out.

 

SHIPPING:

WE SHIP UPS GROUND SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES & INTERNATIONALLY.

Orders will be processed within 3-7 business days(excluding sales & pre-orders). Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 2-5 business days after customer receives their tracking number via email.

So Posh Hair is not responsible for packages delayed in transit. This includes the Holiday season.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Most in-stock items should arrive on your doorstep or in your mailbox within 7-11 business days after customer receives their tracking number via email.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & CUSTOMS CHANGES:

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or custom charges. All taxes and custom charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. So Posh Hair is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

 

RETURN POLICY:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

So Posh Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen or mishandled packages (eg, damaged/opened parcels) during the delivery process. The shipping cost for orders is non refundable.

 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS:

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of the purchase.
